  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ loving cup rice wine

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp grapeseed oil and pork shoulder on high and brown on all sides.
  2. Add pork shoulder to slow cooker and add together all other ingredients in.
  3. Cook on high for four hours or depression for six hours.
  4. When meat is tender and shreds easily with a fork, shred apart in crockpot- removing whatever basic or fatty from slow cooker.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve over rice, in tacos, or in sandwiches.
